charli-builds is run by Charli Wallace. This page explains what happens when you contact me or book a session.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you choose to send. If you book a paid session, Stripe processes the booking and payment details.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a session, or handle the service you asked about. I do not run a mailing list from this site, and I do not sell your details.
Services involved
The contact form is handled by FormSubmit. Paid booking links are handled by Stripe. Those services process the details needed to deliver their part of the workflow.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. Vercel hosts the site, FormSubmit handles contact form submissions, and Stripe handles paid booking links.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and booking emails for as long as I reasonably need them for admin, follow-up, accounting, or records. You can ask me to delete an enquiry if I no longer need it.
